We are looking to welcome a Quality Management PMO Consultant with a demonstrated desire to grow as a Project Management professional to join our Mobile, Alabama Hub. As an MP Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work across diverse sectors to manage diverse projects and support programs of work.
• Deliver within complex client engagements and aid MP team leadership with client relationship management
• Support the engagement lead to build our footprint within a client or multiple clients, while taking advantage of a diverse range of professional development opportunities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and and successful delivery of key client initiatives.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing and governing quality assurance processes and procedures tailored to the specific needs of projects within the organization, while creating quality standards, guidelines and metrics to ensure consistent project delivery.
• Leading the implementation of a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) within a client PMO, ensuring alignment with industry standards such as ISO 9001, and collaborating with project teams to integrate quality practices into project plans and workflows.
• Proving training and coaching to project managers and project team members on quality management principles, methodologies and best practices while empowering project teams to proactively identify and address quality issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting regular quality audits and compliance reviews to assess project performance against established quality criteria and standards, and identifying and addressing quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective and preventative actions to enhance project delivery process, contributing to a culture of quality excellence and innovation across the organization.

QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?

Who are you?

You are someone who has at least a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Quality Management or Project Management field of study; Master's degrees are preferred. You demonstrate the required level of expertise to support both quality engineering project delivery and PMO activities, ensuring that quality is integrated into all aspects of project management and manufacturing within a client environment. You have 5-8 years combined experience across project management, quality engineering, quality management or lean innovation roles. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies and tools, is required; Experience with implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a consulting or advisory capacity is preferred. You possess a comprehensive understanding of Project and Program Management (PPM) principles and methodologies and the ability to apply the foundational knowledge into real world action. Experience with Project Management technology such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware or Clarity PPM is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP are desirable.

You must possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to successfully execute and support the delivery of projects that contribute to the client's growth and competitiveness. Analytical skills are your strong suit and you have a rigorous attention to detail. You are an excellent communicator, adjusting communication styles based on your audience. You are a quick learner, adaptable and can thrive in new environments. You have experience working within large and complex organizations. You are proactive, confident, and engaging; especially when it comes to collaborating with project stakeholders.
