Our Ann Arbor team is growing quickly and we are looking for a passionate Associate Accountant to join our team!

What You'll Do

The Accountant will assist with accounting and bookkeeping functions, such as preparing and submitting invoices, processing expense reports, preparing reports, and other finance activities. This is a great mid-level position that will help you continue to build professional accounting skills and prepare you to advance in the accounting or finance fields.

• Assist with the billing system by assuring project setup, time and expense entry submission, invoice quality assurance and submission of invoices to client systems
• Support Cash Bookkeeping and Reconciliations
• Facilitate expense report processing
• Monitor and clear for chargeback consultant expenses
• Handle reporting functions
• Assume other work as needed

QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?

You are someone who has a Bachelor’s degree along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You have a high understanding of Microsoft Office, with knowledge of SAP and Salesforce being helpful additions. 2-3 years' experience in an accounting related field is preferrable and recent graduates with applicable experience are welcome to apply.

You bring a customer service-oriented mindset along with a coachable attitude and willingness to take on more responsibility. You are a quick learner, adaptable and can thrive in new environments. You are someone who brings value through collaboration with supervisors and accountants to complete various tasks as needed.
