To promote inclusivity and diversity within its workforce, MIGSO-PCUBED is pleased to announce a groundbreaking collaboration with Fundación Adecco, an organization dedicated to facilitating the integration of individuals facing unique challenges. These challenges include people with disabilities, long-term unemployed individuals over the age of 45, and other marginalized groups in Spain.
MIGSO-PCUBED Spain has actively engaged with Fundación Adecco in a series of visibility initiatives aimed at highlighting the importance of cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We had the privilege of sitting down for an insightful conversation with Raquel Domínguez, a triathlete, elite athlete, and ambassador of the Adecco Foundation, alongside Pilar Moriana, Talent Acquisition Manager at MIGSO-PCUBED Spain. Their discussion revolved around the vital significance of diversity and inclusion, both within companies and in society at large.
The key takeaway from this conversation is that a company’s true greatness lies in its ability to wholeheartedly embrace diversity and inclusion, recognizing that everyone brings a unique and valuable perspective that enriches the company and fuels innovation and growth.
This partnership marks a significant milestone in MIGSO-PCUBED’s ongoing commitment to establishing an inclusive work environment.
Empowering Diversity and Inclusion
As part of this initiative, MIGSO-PCUBED will also host a series of conferences featuring other esteemed Adecco ambassadors at each of its hubs in Spain. These conferences will address challenges in the workplace related to disabilities, mental health, harassment, etc., further underscoring the company’s unwavering dedication to raising awareness and driving positive change in these areas.
