Interview with Sirisha Pudipeddi, Senior Delivery Manager of MP USA
Since joining MIGSO‑PCUBED, Sirisha Pudipeddi has built a career defined by leadership and growth. From data analyst to Senior Delivery Manager, her journey demonstrates the ability to evolve alongside both clients and her team.
Today, Sirisha leads large‑scale pharmaceutical initiatives, mentoring consultants and helping strengthen strategic partnerships, demonstrating how impact is created through trust, collaboration, and consistent delivery.
Hi Sirisha, could you please walk us through your history at MIGSO-PCUBED and what your role entails?
Having worked at MIGSO-PCUBED since 2019, I am now a Senior Delivery Manager. In my current role, I lead delivery for a global pharmaceutical client, managing a team of 25 project management consultants engaged across complex portfolios of initiatives. I drive execution, strong governance, and consistent delivery outcomes. I also work closely with the California Hub Lead to mentor teams across other pharmaceutical engagements and help develop and grow one of MIGSO‑PCUBED USA’s top partnerships. My focus is on stakeholder alignment, team leadership, risk and dependency management, and ensuring programs deliver measurable business value.
Could you walk us through your career path and how your responsibilities evolved over time?
After earning my computer science engineering degree, I co-founded two technology start-ups in India. Following their successful acquisitions, I moved to the United States to pursue a master’s degree in Business Analytics at the University of Michigan – Dearborn. There, I began working at MIGSO-PCUBED as a data analyst, creating dashboards for one of the nation’s leading automotive companies. Later, I relocated across the country, to Northern California, to serve as a project management consultant for a pharmaceutical client. Over time, my team and I strengthened our relationship with this client, advancing their IT project portfolio into a more sophisticated Project Management as a Service offering. Through these efforts, my team and I built an excellent reputation and became the client’s top trusted partner for all project and program delivery needs.
What are the biggest challenges you’ve faced in your career?
One of the biggest challenges in my career has been ramping up quickly in new environments and learning a client’s business, culture, and constraints fast enough to make good decisions and earn trust early. In consulting, you are often expected to be effective before you have perfect information, so I’ve had to become comfortable leading through ambiguity, asking the right questions, and translating complex problems into a clear plan the team can execute.
Another ongoing challenge is deploying and developing teams with strong skills across diverse initiatives. That means setting clear expectations and staying ahead of risks and issues.
What is your most recent achievement that you are proud of, and why?
Several significant achievements stand out, however, if I were to highlight one, it would be the successful delivery of two SAP ERP Transformation go-lives over the span of two years. This substantial initiative, undertaken by our client with the support of MIGSO-PCUBED and other partners, required considerable effort, extended hours, adaptability, and dedication from a large team of professionals. Witnessing such collaborative commitment resulting in the empowerment of a company to expand its capability to produce treatments for rare genetic diseases has been an exceptionally rewarding experience. I was responsible for managing the operational project adherence and delivery of the data migration aspect of the program.
What motivated you to take on leadership responsibilities?
I have always been an intuitive leader and felt naturally drawn to leadership responsibilities. But experiencing a good leader who made me feel nurtured, empowered and supported made me realize the impact a good leader can have on someone’s career.
We spend a big part of our life in our workplace. Getting the opportunity to be a positive presence and an empowering impact on someone’s life is extremely rewarding.
In turn, how do you support or empower other women within MIGSO-PCUBED today?
As a peer, I share knowledge and foster an environment where opinions, ideas, and concerns can be respectfully discussed. In my capacity as a leader, I strive to demonstrate empathy, adaptability, and flexibility in all interactions. Women today undertake a variety of roles simultaneously and possess significant capabilities, contributing substantially to their teams. I am committed to ensuring all team members are afforded equitable and fair opportunities for intellectual engagement and to contribute their unique perspectives.
I am pleased to note that, in pursuit of establishing a highly successful and competitive project management consulting team, 65% of my team members happen to be women.
In your experience, how has giving to others — whether through help, time, knowledge, or opportunities — contributed to your professional growth?
Giving to others has been one of the most meaningful accelerators of my own growth. When I invest time to coach someone, share context, or create space for them to lead, I’m forced to slow down and explain the “why” behind decisions. That reflection strengthens my own judgment, helps me recognize blind spots, and often surfaces better solutions because I’m learning through someone else’s perspective and questions.
It has also helped me shift from being successful as an individual contributor to becoming effective as a leader. In delivery roles, it’s tempting to solve everything yourself, especially under pressure. But sharing knowledge, templates, and lessons learned builds capability across the team, improves consistency, and reduces dependency on any one person, which ultimately raises the quality of delivery for the client.
Can you share a concrete example where giving led to shared success?
A mentor of mine once advised me that achieving outstanding results once demonstrates personal success, however, the ability to consistently deliver excellent outcomes through others signifies the creation of an effective, repeatable process that fosters ongoing improvement. Restricting access to one's methods, tools, and expertise can limit your own individual growth.
For instance, when I shared certain processes, KPIs and performance management I developed for my own engagement openly, a colleague was able to utilize and adapt these resources to build her own successful team and drive high-quality delivery in a different industry. Now we openly leverage each other’s experience and methods to keep strengthening our individual team’s delivery.
Reflecting on your journey and the people you have worked with at MIGSO-PCUBED, what is the most valuable lesson you have learned?
Don't restrict yourself to what you believe you're capable of. You'll be amazed at how quickly you can pick up challenging skills and technologies when you have a solid foundation in soft skills, a strong work ethic, and dedication. Many of the most accomplished people at our company acted courageously, taking initiative without waiting to feel fully prepared or for ideal circumstances.
What advice would you give to women who are starting or developing their careers within the company?
You have the power to shape your own career here at MIGSO-PCUBED. Feel free to share your interests and viewpoints, and don't hesitate to pursue ambitious goals. By being proactive and asking for what you want, you greatly increase your chances of accomplishing your aspirations, objectives, and dreams. Choose a great mentor or strong sponsor and leverage their feedback and support.
