At MIGSO-PCUBED, we’re building our Sydney hub, and we’re looking for a professional-services business developer who not only wins new logos but also develops them from the inside.
You’ll combine the thrill of the hunt with the discipline of farming: landing clients, embedding our consultants, and then expanding those accounts into trusted, strategic relationships.
Your mission
- Win New Business: Build a disciplined pipeline in Energy, Utilities, Aviation, Defence, Transport.
- Grow Existing Accounts: Develop clients beyond the first win — add services, expand teams, deepen relationships.
- Consultant & Client Success: Ensure delivery excellence supports growth; be the bridge between client needs and practice leads.
WHO ARE YOU?
What you bring
- 5–10 years of business development in professional services (consulting, engineering, advisory).
- Track record of both hunting and farming accounts.
- Understanding of PMO / project delivery (or appetite to learn fast).
- Commercial grit, discipline, and consultative relationship-building skills.
