Detroit, MI (November 20th, 2020) – For the ninth consecutive year, MIGSO-PCUBED (MP) is honored to be named a National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. This distinction is awarded based on direct response and feedback from a third party employee opinion survey. Employee responses which are in turn used to help influence and build its practices, priorities, and people investment in the following years.
“In a year of unprecedented change and challenges, it’s quite humbling to receive this recognition again,” said Leslie J. Gola, Human Resources Director for MP. “I’ve long said it is the people of our MP family that make us a unique and Best Company. Our strength comes from individuals committed to each other and committed to excellence in all we do. It shows.”
The National Best and Brightest Companies to Work For program is open to any company, any industry, and any size. Out of 3,500 companies nominated this year, only 451 winners were selected for the Best and Brightest Companies distinction. Organizations are nominated by employees. Those employees are surveyed and then assessed by an independent research firm.

To help support its people while they moved to remote work, MP created an group on Workplace called “Together We’re Stronger”. Colleagues connected with each other to interact beyond just business matters. They supported each other personally and shared artwork, recipes, and workout routines. These interactions helped MP employees feel part of a greater community, even while having to socially distance from those outside of their households.
