In 2025, MIGSO-PCUBED’s teams across all our offices internationally worked together to bring our CSR strategy to life every day. Whether focused on well-being at work, solidarity, or environmental protection, these local initiatives reflect a large-scale ambition: to have a positive and lasting impact while creating a pleasant working environment.
Well-being, Health and Quality of Working Life
Employee well-being is an integral part of MIGSO-PCUBED’s CSR strategy.
In France in 2025, a dedicated support group called the “Cancer & Employment” unit was set up for employees facing serious illness or supporting a close relative who is ill. This dedicated service provides confidential listening, support with administrative procedures, and even job adjustments, all of which were in close coordination with HR and trained referents. Several measures were also introduced to facilitate access to breast cancer screening as part of the October Pink campaign.
In several countries, health prevention initiatives were also strengthened. In Romania and Portugal, this campaign included awareness and discussion sessions within teams. In Canada, the organization of blood drives at the Montreal office throughout the year helped mobilize new donors.
Physical activity and work-life balance were also encouraged through numerous charitable sporting events, including more than 40 charity races across Europe, fostering team cohesion.
Solidarity and Community Engagement
Solidarity is a core pillar of MIGSO-PCUBED’s CSR commitment. In 2025, numerous initiatives were carried out to support vulnerable populations, particularly in Romania, Spain, France, USA and Portugal, through donations (food, school supplies, glasses, solidarity boxes, etc.), volunteering, and initiatives aimed at combating poverty, isolation, and exclusion.












Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
In 2025, MIGSO-PCUBED continued its actions in favor of equity and inclusion, with a strong focus on awareness, knowledge sharing, and collective engagement. Conferences, professional events, and skills-based sponsorship initiatives helped promote equal opportunities, the inclusion of people with disabilities, and the role of women in scientific and project management careers.
Environment and Biodiversity
Protecting the environment and biodiversity was also a key focus of our CSR initiatives in 2025. Employee awareness, support for associations, reductions in energy consumption, and creative initiatives helped embed environmental issues into daily practices, with a highlight being the organization of a challenge in June that engaged all employees through learning and participation.
A Collective Mobilization
Through these initiatives deployed throughout 2025, MIGSO-PCUBED reaffirms its commitment to making CSR a living engagement. Each team, each office, and each individual plays a role in shaping a more inclusive, supportive, and sustainable future.
