Scrum Master (M/W)

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

• Guide the team to establish the Lean-Agile mindset;
• Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and coach the team in order to achieve higher levels of maturity;
• Build a safe and trusting environment where problems can arise without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. This will facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution;
• Help with internal and external communication and improve transparency, sharing information
• Provide full support to the team, leading by example.

Experiencing a fast growth period of our offices in Porto, Lisboa, Braga e Aveiro we are looking for a passionate individual to play the role of Scrum Master.

As a Scrum Master, you will work on all elements of agile delivery. This role includes training and strengthening agile techniques in delivery teams.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work with diferent international profiles and cultures;
• If possible, experience in Agile environments / Scrum ceremonies,
• If possible, experience as a Scrum Master would be a big plus;
• If possible, knowledge of Scaled Agile techniques would be a plus;
• If possible, certifications in Scrum and Agile would be a plus.
