YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Internal Quality Manager to join our team. This is an exciting, collaborative and highly impactful role that will be responsible for implementing and managing our quality management system in our offices in North America for MI-GSO|PCUBED. The Internal Quality Manager will coordinate MI-GSO|PCUBED’s efforts to build a culture of continuous improvement and a roadmap for quality systems.
- Lead and deploy our quality management system
- Launch and implement the ISO 9001:2015 certification
- Animate, improve quality processes and steer quality actions
- Lead the internal audit realization
- Corporate Quality coordination
- Define corporate quality indicators and monitor them
WHO ARE YOU?
You have between 1 to 3 years of experience and you have at least a bachelor’s in engineering. You are familiar with the consulting world. You understand and you have knowledge of various international standards relating to a variety of topics, as needed : ASTM, SEMI, and ISO 9001:2015 required. You have been able to assist in the implementation of an ISO certification before.
Six Sigma and Project Management Certifications or training is a plus. You speak at least one more language than English – German, French or Spanish.
You are an excellent problem solver and you have good technical communication skills (written and verbal). Being rigorous and proactive will help you to achieve your objectives. You are autonomous and you have very good interpersonal skills.
This role requires a 20% travel in the USA and in Canada.
