MI-GSO Iberia is in the process of expansion and therefore developing its internal structure.
In this sense, we intend to create the position of Human Resources Technician to support the growth of the company in Portugal.
The workplace will be in our Porto office with close collaboration with the Business and Recruitment teams. You will work directly with the Human Resources Department in Spain and France in order to adapt and disseminate the company culture in Portuguese territory.
Thus, we are looking for a person to apply Portuguese labor legislation in the company, implement good practices and organize human resources management.
Preparation of contracts, as well as their modifications and attachments;
Management of working time and absences;
Payroll control with external agency;
Management of social benefits;
Human resource management procedures: development and implementation of internal social policies as well as disciplinary regime;
Occupational risk prevention management with an external provider;
Training management (controls training hours, invoicing and suppliers).
WHO ARE YOU?
Higher education in Human Resources; Labor Law or similar area;
At least 2 years of experience in similar functions, preferably in Consulting area;
Knowledge of Portuguese labor and social security legislation;
Knowledge of immigration and taxation will be valued;
B2 level in English and French: This requirement is important, since both languages will be used daily, requiring fluency in writing and speaking;
Mastery of Microsoft Office;
Proactive, versatile person with a high level of autonomy.Nice to have:
