On October 22nd, 2025, MIGSO-PCUBED had the pleasure of organizing, with the support of the CCI France-Italie a groundbreaking conference in Milan. The event brought together PMO professionals from diverse industries to hear about the use of AI to transform project management, steps, impact and benefits for the PMO of MP customers and accross diverse industries.
Towards an AI-Enhanced PMO
Entitled “When AI meets PMO: the right strategy for project excellence”, the event opened up discussions on how AI is enhancing PMO practices through predictive capabilities, driving tangible transformations in today’s project management approaches.
The agenda featured experience-sharing, field feedback, and insightful discussions between experts in digital, management, and data analytics. Topics addressed included:
- The MP model: AI PMO transformation stages
- The impact on PMO predictability improvement and Capacity improvement;
- Feedback on implementing an AI-enhanced PMO at Stellantis: processes, challenges, and takeaways;
- Improving project predictability with AI;
- Automating low-value-added tasks;
- Optimizing resource allocation;
- Real-time performance management.
These examples have shown how AI Improve project predictability of the PMO, by Automating low-value-added tasks, Optimizing resource allocation; and provide Real-time performance management.
Special attention was given to the topic of organizational AI maturity levels and how digital PMOs are evolving towards more integrated, proactive, and data-driven models.





A Dynamic Franco-Italian Scene
The conference highlighted the synergy between MIGSO-PCUBED’s pioneering PMO expertise and that of well-known local players.
Our Italy Business Unit Manager, Elise Del Piero, shared concrete examples of the impact that integrating AI can have in client project PMO environments. Through her 15 years of exerience in consulting, she supported companies in the industrial and service sectors in implementing their Project Management strategy in France and Italy.
Valerio Alba, Product Intelligence & Customer Insights Lead, Stellantis, has built his career around digital transformation, with a focus on using data to drive business decisions. He currently serves as leader of Product Data & Customer Insights at Stellantis, coordinating global projects in product strategy and market intelligence.
