We are a global team of about 3,000 expert Consultants operating in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. We work across Aerospace and Automotive sectors. Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.
What You'll Do
As a Project Management Officer Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you're not just stepping into a role – you're becoming a driving force of innovation, collaboration, and transformation. As a valued member of our global team, you will: • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Lead project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and objectives. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery. • Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports. • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices. • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making necessary adjustments to stay within budget. • Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring they align with project objectives. • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance collaboration and project success. • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. • Identify and resolve project issues and obstacles to keep projects on track.
Who You Are
• 3+ years experience in Project Management Activities. • Proficient in utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. Additionally, skilled in leveraging Power BI for data analysis and visualization to support decision making and enhance project outcomes. • Fluent in English, verbal and written. • Passion for Project Management. • Ideally, you have experience in the pharma, manufacturing or aerospace sectors. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.
