Project Management Officer

𝐌𝐈-𝐆𝐒𝐎 | 𝐏𝐂𝐔𝐁𝐄𝐃 is looking for a Project Management Officer to join our team in 𝐁𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭.

As a Project Management Officer, you will develop and maintain an integrated project equipment schedule to support project reporting and on time delivery analysis. This role functions with some autonomy but is guided by established processes with defined standards of acceptability for end results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing critical business cases to provide consulting recommendations, proposals, and options to solve our customer’s challenges;
• Acts as a resource for project team members and supports with data, analysis, and root causes of schedule variances;
• Connecting with stakeholders on status reports and project development;
• Ensures reports for other functions and customers accurately reflect status of project equipment;
• Uses knowledge of best practices and how equipment schedule integrates with other source systems to solve issues as they arise.

QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?

Your profile:

• Technical or Economic degree in related field required;
• Proficiency level in 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡;
• Good level of 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 ( B1/B2) is a plus;
• You have between 0-5 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, ideally in a consulting or professional services role / in engineering;
• Prior planning knowledge and experience, particularly with MS Project or Primavera P6 is a plus;
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form;
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities;
• Hands-on experience and general knowledge of cost management, including budgeting, change management, forecasting, and reporting is a plus;
