On May 8, 2025, MIGSO-PCUBED had the pleasure of organizing, with the support of the French-Dutch Chamber of Commerce and the participation of TomTom, a groundbreaking conference in Amsterdam. The event brought together PMO professionals from diverse industries to hear about the AI PMO transformation model, steps, impact and benefits for the PMO of MP customers and Tomtom team.
Towards an AI-Enhanced PMO
Entitled “PMO meets AI – A new era for Project Management”, the event was hosted at the inspiring Codam Coding College, a true hub of Dutch tech. It opened up discussions on how AI is enhancing PMO practices through predictive capabilities, driving tangible transformations in today’s project management approaches.
The agenda featured experience-sharing, field feedback, and insightful discussions between experts in digital, management, and data analytics. Topics addressed included:
- The MP model: AI PMO transformation stages
- The impact on PMO predictability improvement and Capacity improvement;
- Feedback on implementing an AI-enhanced PMO at TomTom: processes, challenges, and takeaways;
- Improving project predictability with AI;
- Automating low-value-added tasks;
- Optimizing resource allocation;
- Real-time performance management.
These examples have shown how AI Improve project predictability of the PMO, by Automating low-value-added tasks, Optimizing resource allocation; and provide Real-time performance management.
Special attention was given to the topic of organizational AI maturity levels and how digital PMOs are evolving towards more integrated, proactive, and data-driven models.





A Dynamic Franco-Dutch Scene
The conference highlighted the synergy between MIGSO-PCUBED’s pioneering PMO expertise and that of well-known local players.
Our Netherlands Business Unit Manager, Agathe Vignolle, shared concrete examples of the impact that integrating AI can have in client project PMO environments.
Alongside her, Tara Farzami, Head of Platform Product Data Analytics at TomTom, presented the implementation of the AI PMO and their LLM-based model within her company, aiming to improve their project management and ticketing system.
