Evaluated by an independent third party, the Best & Brightest Companies program is open to any company, in any industry, and of any size. In 2021, over 4,600 companies were nominated. 11% were selected for this distinction based on direct employee opinion feedback and HR practices. Employee responses are, in turn, used to help influence and build investment into their people, priorities, and practices.
