About the Role

As the Insights and Digital Marketing Lead, you will be part of the global Marketing and Communications team, integrated into our local UK M&C team, and work closely with our UK Business Leads to create insights and support various marketing initiatives and campaigns, allowing you to work on a wide variety of projects.

As the Insights and Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Gathering, collating and refining market insights from internal UK service and sector leads, testing internal insights against external market data and producing marketing strategy recommendations based on those outcomes to UK leadership.
  • Delivering the implementation of the collection, aggregation and presentation of internal and external market data.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of UK digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand within the UK, in alignment with our global brand and marketing strategy.
  • Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (in-house) across various channels, including paid media and targeted advertising, in alignment with global marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitating the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, blog, and social media channels, in collaboration with our global content and community managers.
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.




  • Positive ideas and solution mindset, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Proactive and flexible in respect of changing initiatives and demands from across the business.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Experience in managing technical teams or proficiency in programmable Data Analytics software.
  • The ability to create compelling content for digital platforms, including design (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and other digital platforms.
