About the Role

As the UK Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the global Marketing and Communications team, integrated into our local UK M&C team, and work closely with UK Business Leads to create and support various marketing initiatives and campaigns, allowing you to work on a wide variety of projects.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand name and identity on the UK market, taking into account our global reputation and overall strategy.
• Developing and executing lead generation campaigns (in-house) across various channels, including paid media and targeted advertising, in alignment with the global marketing initiatives.
• Creating engaging and relevant content to support inbound marketing on various platforms, including website, blog, and social media channels, in collaboration with our global content and community managers.

Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

About You

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and other digital platforms.
• Positive ideas and solution mindset, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
• Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
• The ability to create compelling content for digital platforms, including design (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Proactive and flexible in respect of changing initiatives and demands from across the business.
