London, United Kingdom – MIGSO-PCUBED (MP) have signed the Inclusive Culture Pledge 2021 with EW group. The pledge is a public commitment to building a more inclusive workplace culture.
EW Group are a leading equality, diversity and inclusion consultancy who work with businesses across the UK and overseas. Their ‘programmes challenge and engage staff and senior leaders to drive real culture change’ according to EW group because ‘inclusive workplaces mean better business for everyone’.
By pledging MP will commit to measurable objectives as well as participate in a yearlong programme of Diversity and Inclusion events and workshops with EW Group. ‘This is a great opportunity for us to further our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion here at MP. We are proud to participate in this initiative and look forward to continuing our journey towards a more inclusive culture’ said Sharon Walsh, Head of Human Resources for MIGSO-PCUBED.
