As such, the MIGSO-PCUBED USA team launched a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee to develop and track clear objectives to understand, educate, and improve our diversity, equity, and inclusion values and practices.
The DEI Committee examined our company’s culture in a survey and identified areas where we could do better, such as transparent diversity metrics and improved awareness training.
We recognize the need to understand and address the known and unknown practices, policies, and biases that impact individuals and affect our corporate culture, in order to ensure that everything we do aligns with our core values.
