Enhancing Culture of Planning in Electric New Operating Model Roll-out
MI-GSO | PCUBED partnered with a global electricity company to roll out a new operating model across their hydro power plants in France, modernizing instrumentation and controls to increase performance, availability and flexibility, supporting the enhancement of the planning culture across their organization.
MI-GSO | PCUBED was responsible for the definition and management of processes and methods supporting schedule management across 11 sites (5 regional units and 6 engineering centers) during the 5 year program. The team increased awareness and maturity supporting a culture of planning, initializing and updating 225 schedules at the operational level across the 64 groups.
In addition, the team created new scheduling processes supporting macro level planning integrated across the national and regional sites at the top level, while also developing a custom solution supporting rolling wave planning and milestone reporting across the organization. Following on time delivery of the program, MI-GSO | PCUBED received an “A” rating for delivery excellence.
