MI-GSO | PCUBED speaking at APM Southwest 2020 in Bristol UK
Are you ready for the next decade of disruption from 2020 – 2030? MI-GSO | PCUBED will join APM Southwest 2020 for their conference on June 24th, 2019 in Bristol UK, as speakers for a day of conversation, networking and thought leadership around key complex programmes, digital transformation and how we ramp up to support project management in 2020 and beyond.
Abstract from the session
The global business landscape is continuing to evolve at an ever-increasing pace. Digital disruption and automation are driving new business models, which in turn is forcing new ways of thinking, new ways of working and new ways of acting to deliver this change.
Organisations now must increase their business agility and responsiveness on a global scale – innovate and transform to survive.
How does Project Management as a profession respond to this challenge?
An evolving landscape requires business and Project Managers to adapt constantly; increasingly adopting an agile work philosophy as traditional long-term planning is no longer cutting it. The most successful Project Managers will be those that are flexible and can adapt to change. As the demand for more dynamic Project Management rises, it’s likely we see this translate into a shift towards new ‘adaptive’ ways of thinking, planning and acting.
Join us as we discuss real life examples working with our global clients as they set their horizons on adapting.
This session is being held by the APM South Wales and West of England branch, with over 2800 individual members.
