Your Next Challenge
We have significant strategic growth initiatives planned across Australia. To turn these plans into reality, we need the right person to join our team based in our Sydney Hub to support recruitment responsibilities. You will be working closely with the team to hire the best talents.
Key Responsibilities:
· Full lifecycle recruiting:
Understanding role requirements to tailor your approach, find outstanding candidates through job add, sourcing or university partnerships and identify the principal motivation of the candidate and potential match with our company. Lead all the steps with team interviews and be the main point of contact with the candidate and concretize the recruitment process with salary offer and on-boarding on Day1, yay you did it!
· Work as a trusted business partner
· Use of all digital sourcing methods to find the Top Talent
· Operate as Brand Ambassador during networking events, local PMI chapters, colleges and universities events, and alumni networks
· Manage precious Talent Acquisition projects
· Work within a team and have fun!
WHO ARE YOU?
Who Are You?
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree and between 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally, within the industrial sector. You have a strong knowledge of utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and interviewing / screening techniques.
Excellent communication skills, great team player, and being results-oriented will lead you to success. You are agile in working in a multi-layer environment with an extended number of stakeholders. A proactive attitude & excellent organization skills will help you to handle this role.
