We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic partner to develop our Talent Acquisition Strategy and lead our company to a steady growth objective.

 

This role will be based in our Querétaro hub, as part of our recruitment team. If you want to work on a challenging role within an ambitious team, well, read below!

 

MIGSO-PCUBED is a global management consulting firm focused on delivering project, program, and portfolio management as a service. We are a global team of about 3,000 expert consultants operating in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. We work across Aerospace and Automotive sectors. Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.

We have significant strategic growth initiatives planned across Mexico. To turn these plans into reality, we need the right person to join our team based in our Querétaro hub to support the recruitment of the hub. You will be working closely with the team to hire the best talents.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Full lifecycle recruiting:

  • Understanding role requirements to tailor your approach, find outstanding candidates through job advertisements, sourcing or university partnerships, and identify the principal motivation of the candidate and potential match with our company.
  • Lead all the steps with team interviews and be the main point of contact with the candidate and solidify the recruitment process with salary offer and on-boarding.
  • Partnering with Business Managers to understand their engagement pipeline.
  • Use of all digital sourcing methods to find the Top Talent.
  • Operate as Brand Ambassador during networking events, colleges and universities events.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition projects, we are always improving our processes, collaborating with other Talent Acquisition teams across the world.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally, within the industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Proven ability to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various professional roles.
  • Experience in direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
