This role will be unique in shaping future capabilities and offerings we provide to our clients and place them in the best possible situation to respond to every future challenge they face.

WHO ARE YOU?

For this role, we are seeking early adopters (innovators) who regularly challenge the status-quo with a solid background and understanding in projects, programmes and portfolios. Experience in demonstrating the use of design thinking, lean and six sigma principles will be crucial to this role, as well as a conscious understanding of i4.0 and excellent facilitation skills; particularly when working virtually/remotely. In addition to this you will have:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coach and facilitate workshops with clients
  • The ability to connect and influence executive teams and stakeholders through the use of data-driven insights
  • Demonstrated success in your area of expertise, working on complex cross functional engagements, remaining hands-on
  • A desire to work in an entrepreneurial and flat-structured environment, enabling you to quickly progress
  • An excellent ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at executive level

As a Lean Innovation Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Working across sectors to manage significant transformation initiatives.
  • Delivering complex client engagements, supporting the creation of IP, and potentially client relationship management (dependent on level and skill)
  • Supporting the practice lead as we build our transformation practice, offering significant opportunities for personal development.
  • Working on internal MI-GSO | PCUBED mentorship and coaching initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities and developing proposals
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery
