    YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

    MI-GSO Iberia is in the process of expansion and therefore developing its internal structure.

    In this sense, we intend to create the position of Administrative Assistant to support our group. The workplace will be in our Porto office with close collaboration with the HR Department in France.

    WHO ARE YOU?

    • Superior Professional Technician;
    • French fluency;
    • Previous experience with administrative tasks;
    • Good knowledge and expertise of Office package (mainly Excel);
    • Interest in the administrative area and good office management skills;
    • Proactivity and willing to work in a multicultural team.

    Nice to have:

    • Other languages (Spanish; Italian; English; Romanian);
    • Some experience with SAP;
    • Previous experience in HR departments.
