As a Legal Data Analyst, you will be working within a global team of Project Management Consultants. Within your team, you will be engaging with key stakeholders and representing the MI-GSO|PCUBED brand within the Financial Services Sector in the eDiscovery space. You will work on the client site and participate in all elements of monitoring and tracking the compliance of vendors.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring compliance with bank requirements to manage and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to Vendor/ Service / Data compliance across EMEA, AMS, APAC, including physical and information security risks.
- Understanding of VRM (Vendor Risk Management) tools and assessments (e.g. GDPR compliance).
- Ensuring compliance of ISLM/ISRV controls and tracking SIIs (Self-Identified issues).
As an MI-GSO|PCUBED Consultant, you will have to deliver our expertise, adapt to new environments and be able to work in a team. You will represent our brand on client-site and thanks to the materials that we provide, you will be prepared and polished to support our engagements.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or Law. For this position, we are looking for someone with at least 1-3 years of experience in legal data analytics. You have an excellent ability to read and understand contracts and policies while understanding redlining and drafting legal MSAs/LSAs.
Handling of RiskVision tool and/or SAP Ariba. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Vlookup, index match, etc) and excellent powerpoint skills.
You are a quick learner, with excellent attention to detail. You can grasp and digest large documents in minimal time. You have a proactive attitude with respect to security-related ask and documentation.
