Our Toronto hub is looking for a new Sales Engineer to keep up with the rapid expansion of the market. As a Sales Engineer, 3 essential elements of the organization will be in your care:
- Business Development: identifying growth opportunities for your business unit, managing your scope of activity by building relationships with key account customers and selling our project management services.
- Recruitment and Management: recruiting (in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team), supporting and developing your team of consultants, experts in project management. As a true leader, you make sure of the smooth running of missions, identifying the potential of your team, and following them throughout their career (coaching, interviews, career management, etc.).
- Profit Centre Management: ensuring turnover and profitability objectives of your business unit are met, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

WHO ARE YOU?
You have at least graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Science. You also have experience from 2 to 5 years in either sales or technical fields.
You have a keen interest in various industrial sectors and their challenges, and ideally you have already had the opportunity to discover Project Management in one of your past experiences.
Business and results-oriented, your success in this position will also depend on your consistency and your desire to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams. Your ability to build and maintain trustful relationships will also be critical to your success.
