Our Sydney hub is looking for a new Business Development Manager to keep up with the rapid expansion of the market. Your goal is to develop the business, to network, and to build long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants.
As a Business Development Manager, you will gradually take care of different aspects of the organization:
- Business Development: first, you will have the chance to identify growth opportunities for the business unit, approach new clients and begin building strong relationships with key account customers in order to sell our project management services.
- Recruitment: you will then take part in the recruitment process of consultants for the projects you won with your clients in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Management: after a while, once your team grows, you will be supporting and developing your consultants, experts in project management.
- Profit Centre Management: as a true intrapreneur, your responsibilities will evolve to ensuring turnover and profitability objectives of your business unit are met, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

WHO ARE YOU?
Science or business graduate, you have experience (3 to 5 years) in either sales or technical fields.
You have a keen interest in various industrial sectors and current IT challenges, and ideally you have already had the opportunity to discover business development or recruitment over the course of your past experiences.
Business and results-oriented, your success in this position will also depend on your consistency and your desire to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams. Your ability to build and maintain trustful relationships will also be critical to your success.
