Your responsibilities are divided into 4 strategic axes:
- Business Development: you identify the growth areas of your Business Unit, manage your scope by developing relationships with key accounts and conclude the sale of Project Management services
- Delivery Management: you ensure the smooth running of your service center and the satisfaction of your customers
- Recruitment and Management: you recruit in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, support and develop a team of consultants specializing in Project Management. A true leader, you identify talents and follow them throughout their career (coaching, interviews, career management ...)
- Profit Center Management: You control the turnover and profitability of your Business Unit.
To summarize, we are looking for ambitious personalities who love challenges, customer relations and management.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration. You have between 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales experience in the management consulting sector. You have a special interest in the transportation and financial industries, and you have been able to discover Project Management in one of your experiences.
A business development mindset, excellent communication skills and being results-oriented will lead you to success. You are a team player and you are also agile in working in a multi-layer environment with an extended number of stakeholders. You consider yourself as an ambitious person and you have a natural leadership.
