In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with accounting and bookkeeping functions. Responsibilities include assuring project setup, time and expense entry submission, invoice quality assurance, and submission of invoices to client systems. You will support cash bookkeeping and reconciliations, facilitate expense report processing, monitor and clear for chargeback consultant expenses, handle reporting functions, and assume other duties as needed.
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of SAP and Salesforce would be advantageous. While 1-2 years' experience in an accounting-related field is preferred, recent graduates are welcome to apply. You should bring a customer service-oriented mindset, a coachable attitude, and a willingness to take on more responsibility. Quick learning ability, adaptability, and the capacity to thrive in new environments are key. Collaboration with supervisors and accountants to complete various tasks is a critical aspect of this role.
