A Senior Business Manager who knows how to juggle clients, inspire a team, and manage the numbers—all while dodging taxis and grabbing the occasional street pretzel. You’ll be joining a global powerhouse in project management consulting, but right here in New York.

Your Next Big Adventure:

You’ll be spearheading three major areas of our business, with the energy and confidence of someone who can take on Wall Street—and still catch the 6 train home.

Business Development:

• You’ll be expanding our client base faster than New Yorkers swipe their MetroCard's. Use your savvy to turn prospects into long-term partners, offering solutions that even the most seasoned CEOs will high-five you for.
• Build, grow, and dominate—basically, you’ll be the superhero our clients didn’t know they needed.

Team Leadership:

• This isn’t just managing, it’s mentoring. Partner with our rockstar Talent Acquisition Team to hire top talent, then lead your squad like the Avengers.
• Foster your team’s potential with all the wisdom you’ve gained from those 5-10 years of experience. In other words, you’re their Yoda (but with cooler business cards).

Profit Center Management:

• Keep our projects running like a well-oiled machine. Collaborate with consultants and Delivery Managers to make sure we’re hitting all the right notes—revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and maybe even world domination (too far?).

• You’ve got at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or something equally impressive, plus 5-10 years of experience in business development, account management, or consulting.
• You’re not just business-minded—you’re business-obsessed. You thrive on hitting targets, building teams, and solving complex problems while staying cool under pressure (think: NYC cab driver level of cool).
• You’ve led teams, coached your people, and grown a business—and you loved every minute of it. Bonus points if you’ve got some project management experience under your belt.

5. Final Interview with the Country Manager – Put the cherry on top of your stellar interview performance.
