Experiencing a fast growth period of our offices in Porto and Lisbon, we are looking for a passionate individual to play the role of Scrum Master to join our team.

As a Scrum Master you will work on all elements of agile delivery. This role includes training and strengthening agile techniques in delivery teams.

QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?

• Guide the team to establish the Lean-Agile mindset;
• Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and the company and coach the team in order to achieve higher levels of maturity;
• Build a safe and trusting environment where problems can arise without fear of blame, retribution or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem solving. This will facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution;
• Help with internal and external communication and improve transparency, sharing information;
• Provide full support to the team, leading by example;
• Open to do international mobility.
