As a 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫, you'll be able to work in a complex, challenging, and high-visibility consulting engagements for some of the world’s leading organizations.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 will include:

• Prepare the agenda, animate weekly advancement meetings with the project members and the suppliers;
• Ensure the compliance of schedules and deliverables;
• Working across departments and coordinate advancements of projects;
• Acts as a resource for project team members and supports with data, analysis, and root causes of schedule variances;
• Ensures reports for other functions and customers accurately reflect status of project equipment;
• Uses knowledge of best practices and how equipment schedule integrates with other source systems to solve issues as they arise.

QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:

• Technical or Economic degree;
• 0-5 years experience;
• Proficiency level in 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡 or 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡;
• You are at the beginning of your career or already implicated in this field;
• Must be a team-oriented person with a “can do” attitude;
• You master the basics of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is important;
• Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills;
• Goal orientation;
• Medium/Advanced MS Project, Primavera P6 skills nice to have, but NOT mandatory;
