PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINER

Trainings:

- Deliver trainings in the areas of project management (Project Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk Management, Change Management, among others);

- Creation and update of the training report, including KPIs, incidents and improvement actions;

- Improvement of the training portfolio;

- Attendance to training and technical expertise events that are identified as being of interest;

Training process;

- Management and improvement of the training process taking into account the guidelines set by the different areas;

- Preparation of the annual training plan, including training calendar, identification of trainers, description of benefits provided by each of the trainings, etc;

- Management with FUNDAE of external training to be subsidized (Desirable requirement).

Trainers:

- Evaluation of the training capabilities of the trainers;

- Training integration plan;

- Management and coordination of the trainers' community.

Communication with transversal areas:

- Coordination with other areas, for the adequacy of training content, expectations of the training environment, implementation in Iberia of activities launched at group level, etc;

- Document management of training courses, content, satisfaction surveys, etc;

- Collaboration with the transversal areas involved in the training process, HR, administration, team leaders and managers community in Iberia;

- Benchmark of available trainings based on identified needs, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of trainings, creation of business case and presentation of proposal.

QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?

🚩 Project Management experience;

🚩 PMP or similar certification;

🚩 Experience in training delivery and preparation of training plans;

🚩 High level of English.
