As a PMO Consultant, you will be based in our Querétaro, Mexico office.

Your main role is providing support and expertise to the Project Manager of our client. You will be the project co-pilot, providing all the necessary information in real time for the Project Manager so he/she can make the best decisions and execute the project successfully in terms of time, quality, and cost.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic planning
• Analysis and potential improvement of existing processes
• Connecting with stakeholders on status reports and project development
• Budget planning and scheduling
• Support implementation of new processes and IT tools
• Reporting on KPIs
• Dashboard creation in: Power BI, MiniTab, etc.
• Risk and cost analysis

QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?

We’re looking for a Project Management Officer consultant to work for our clients in the aerospace and automotive industries, someone who can analyze and evaluate complex problems, identify relevant issues, and recommend corrective measures.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in an industrial sector
• Engineering degree
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of tools such as: Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Flexible and dynamic with a desire to apply their skills across a variety of industries and sectors
• An enquiring mind acting with integrity to drive the right outcomes for our clients
• Strong interpersonal skills
