Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.

As a Project Management Officer Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you're not just stepping into a role – you're becoming a driving force of innovation, collaboration, and transformation. As a valued member of our global team, you will:

• Execute PMO strategies according to clients' needs and expectations.
• Coordinate and facilitate the execution of project activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contract scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline.
• Collect and analyze project data to anticipate potential risks/issues and prepare a mitigation plan.
• Collaborate with project team members to provide suggestions or solutions for unforeseen challenges.
• Provide accurate information to facilitate the decision-making process.

QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?

• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in managing complex project environments in automotive / aerospace industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in PM tools, standards, and methodologies
• You are confident with collecting, manipulating, and analyzing data collection.
• Any additional PM certifications are a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of maturity and leadership skills to coordinate a team.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• You propose solutions and seek efficiency. You are capable to anticipate and overcome challenges.
