Our Toronto Hub is looking for an Business Manager / Account Manager; This is your opportunity to join a worldwide consulting company that specializes in Project management.
Not your typical sales job: in this position, you will be coached to manage your own business and fuel our growth in Canada: you will create and grow your own portfolio of clients, recruit and groom your own team of consultants and be accountable for your own profit center.

Your goal is to develop and expand our business and your network while fostering relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants across different industries.
Business Manager are accountable for the main 3 drivers of our business model:
- Business Development: to meet our ambitious targets, you will identify growth opportunities within your business unit, nurture a funnel of strong relationships with key prospects to position our Project Management services and deliver a unique value proposition to our clients. To be successful, you will be highly resilient and disciplined to maintain a high volume of activity and cold calling.
- Management and Recruitment: Our consultants are at the core of our success. Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to interview and hire the right candidates to support and develop your Hub’s consultant team. Then, as a manager and leader of your team, you create an environment of support, training and coaching to empower your team to reach their personal career goals by executing the projects of our customers.
- Profit Center Management: Ensure project success in partnership with your consultants, Team Leaders, and customers alike. Manage revenue growth and profitability objectives of your business unit, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?
You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in Business, with 1-3 years of experience in either sales or engineering fields.
You have a keen interest in various industrial sectors and their challenges. You have an eye for gap identification and confidently seize opportunities to interject ideas. Ideally, you have already had the opportunity to discover Project Management over the course of your past experiences.
You also have experience in the Toronto industrial market and know it well.
You are business-minded and results-oriented. Your success in this position relies on your self-discipline, consistency, and your desire to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams. Your ability to be resilient and build and maintain impactful relationships internally and with clients is critical to your success.
Ideally, you are fluent in English AND French.
