Within an accounting team of 14 people, you will be the relay between employees, the HR department and accounting. You will be trained in our processes, working methods and our various tools (VISION, SAP, Excel, banking software, group tools).

QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?

Your profile:

• Between 2 and 4 years of experience in a similar position 𝐨𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭;
• Interpersonal skills, proactive, rigorous, spirit of synthesis;
• Knowledge of local accounting and tax standards;
• Excel and SAP skills are a plus;
• Languages: English full professional proficiency, French is a plus.

Your main tasks:

1st Mission: Management of expense reports:

• Control, processing and settlement of expense reports;
• Relationship with employees, accounting;
• Dispute handling;
• Validation of the accounting cycle at monthly closing and expense report provision;
• Process improvement, deployment of an automatic reminder application.

2nd Mission: Accounts payable:

• Entering purchase invoices;
• Reconciliation of inter-company flows;
• Follow-up of disputes and pending orders;
• Supplier Regulations;
• Validation of the accounting cycle at monthly closing and provisions (FNP, CCA, AAR, etc.).

3rd Mission: General accounting:

• Monitoring and reconciliation of the different accounting cycles (capital, fixed assets, payroll, taxes etc.);
• End of month provision (bonuses, taxes, etc.);
• Justification and revision of accounts in the context of monthly closings;
• Monthly review of expense accounts.
