The Senior PMO Consultant will be responsible for:
- Following transformations as PMO of the transformation program at our customers, or leading project management transformations.
- Improving operational performance of projects/programs/portfolios through maturity diagnostics and providing pragmatic, concrete recommendations.
- Defining and implementing the company's project organization, redesigning processes if necessary.
- Supporting change by deploying project culture with tools, templates, methods, and leading change management actions.
In addition to these missions, you will participate in the internal development of the Consulting Department:
- Developing our consulting offer: participating in sales actions, contributing to sales proposals, and creating the consulting offer.
- Building and structuring our department's potential for future consultants in the Consulting Department.
- Support in recruitment, school relations, and external events.
¿QUIÉNES SOMOS?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, with 7-10 years of experience in consulting and transformation programs. You're eager to invest in management consulting.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to adapt quickly to new challenges and client environments.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
