You will integrate the Careers Department, in Porto, a real pillar of support and development of internal processes to harmonize practices and support management in the management and development of their teams' skills.

In an international context and in close collaboration with the management of each Business Unit, your role will be to:

1) Lead and monitor career management

- Setting up and monitoring the development of the company's key skills;

- Steering career committees, annual interview and variable compensation campaigns;

- Supporting professional development (internal career paths and mobility, career interviews).

2) Communicate, raise awareness and support managers and operational staff

- Supporting managers in the management of their employees' careers, through discussions and reflections with managers on the evaluation of skills and performance;

- Field intervention: HR barometers, workshops, internal events, etc;

- Change management.

3) Build and lead the program to overhaul the entire integration process with an international deployment

4) Be a player in the strengthening of our talent management policy

- Digitalization of our tools;

- Participation in certifications/labeling: ISO, Top Employer, etc;

- Measuring performance through key performance indicators (KPI);

- Data analysis to support managers in the implementation of action plans.

¿QUIÉNES SOMOS?

- Education: 5 years of higher education, specialized in HR management or business school;

- Experience: 3 years minimum in the field of HR development or career management;

- Ability to analyze, listen and communicate;

- Autonomy, strength of proposal and ability to federate around a common objective;

- Appetence for new technologies and digitalization;

- Knowledge of the service industry is a plus;

- Languages: Strong english level (animation and participation in meetings, calls;); french and spanish will be a plus.
