TU PRÓXIMO DESAFÍO
MI-GSO Portugal, a multinational expert in project management, is in a fast process of expansion and, therefore, developing its internal structure. In this sense, we are looking for a Business Unit Support with a great passion for numbers to join our HUB in Porto, Portugal.
Main responsibilities:
Reception of telephone calls, dealing with different stakeholders; Data analysis; Management of documentation (e.g. invoices; contracts); Management of invoicing; Notions of accounting; Order and inventory management with direct contact with suppliers.
¿QUIÉNES SOMOS?
At least one year's experience in a similar role (mandatory); Degree in Economics, Accounting or similar areas; You are proficient in Microsoft Office - mainly excel (required); You are familiar with tasks involving administrative management; Good command of the English language (oral and written).
