Our Sydney Hub is looking for a Business Development Manager to keep pace with the opportunity to rapidly expand in the Sydney market. Your next challenge
Your goal is to develop the business, to network, and to build long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants.
As a Business Development Manager, you will manage different aspects of the organization:
- Business Development: You will have the chance to identify growth opportunities across various industries or specialise in high growth ones. You will build strong business relationships with key accounts in order to sell our PPM and Change Management services.
- Recruitment: you will take part in the recruitment process of consultants for the projects you win, in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Management: once your team grows, you will be supporting and developing your consultants to help them realise their potential and add more value to our clients
- Profit Centre Management: as a true entrepreneur , your responsibilities will evolve to ensuring turnover and profitability objectives of your business unit are met, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

You have around 3 to 5 years experience in either sales or business development with experience selling to a broad range of industries including Financial Service, Defence, Public Sector or High-Tech.
A background that includes recruitment would be advantageous.
You will be naturally curious with a keen eye for detail.
You can communicate effectively with all types of clients, understand their challenges and craft solutions to support their requirements.
You pride yourself on having excellent people skills with the ability to impact and influence outcomes.
You are a goal-oriented individual who is comfortable working to targets and exceeding them.
