What You’ll Be Doing
As an Entry-Level PMO Professional Consultant in New York, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on a wide variety of projects while learning the ins and outs of project management. Here’s what your role will look like:
- Project Support: Assist in developing schedules, timelines, and cost plans that align with client goals.
- Bilingual Communication: Lead project communications in both Portuguese and English, ensuring clear updates for all stakeholders.
- Risk Identification: Help identify risks, track issues, and support the creation of contingency plans.
- Problem Solving: Assist in providing innovative solutions to help deliver successful project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external teams to ensure project goals are met.
¿QUIÉNES SOMOS?
You’re excited about starting your career in project management and eager to learn and grow. You have:
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally with a PMO focus.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- A basic understanding of project management tools and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong proficiency in both Portuguese and English—your communication skills shine across multiple languages and cultures.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a global team.

The Fine Print
This is a HYBRID role based in New York City. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided.
What to Expect During the Interview Process:
- Introductory Call: We’ll start with a 15-20 minute chat with our Talent Partner to see if we’re a good fit for each other. Bonus points if you can tell us your favorite NYC spot!
- Microsoft Teams or In-Person Interview: A 1-hour conversation with one of our Business Managers where we’ll dive into your experience and why you’re perfect for this role.
- Technical Interview: You’ll review a case study, present your findings, and showcase your project management expertise in our NYC office. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure the conversation is worth braving the city traffic!
