YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
The ideal candidate will be supporting with TASKS such as:
Manage your perimeter:
- Guarantee the operational performance (deliverables) of your perimeter
- Develop a relationship of trust with the client and advise him in his project phases or in his transformation
- Detect the challenges of your clients' perimeters
- Be a force of proposal to contribute to the continuous improvement of the missions
Manage your team hierarchically and operationally:
- Lead and unite the team around common objectives
- Ensure the development and the increase in skills of your collaborators
- Spread the values of the company
UND WER BIST DU?
You have a master's degree in Engineering or related areas, and above all you have excellent leadership skills, with successful experience in industrial project management
Having managed teams directly would be a real asset
In the context of international projects, fluency in English and German are mandatory
You have an industrial background or a strong appetite for this environment
Your culture of commitment, your analytical mind and your ability to stand back will enable you to bring added value to our clients
Aware that customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business, you are proactive, caring, rigorous, open-minded and have very good interpersonal skills
