As a Business Analyst, you will be based in one of our Portuguese offices!

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in requirement gathering, fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships, crafting comprehensive documentation, facilitating process implementation, and delivering presentations to our technical teams. We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a BS/MS in Engineering, Management, or related fields;
• With 4+ years in Business Analysis;
• Previous experience in the insurance field or related areas is a plus;
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum, digital transformation, and solution design;
• Experienced in documentation creation and process implementation for technical teams;
• Fluent in English (C1/C2);
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Adaptable to different international profiles and cultures.
