MIGSO-PCUBED utilized an Adaptive approach to the PPM Solution deployment, defining in the upfront Assess & Envision phase the features that would be bundled within initial releases.  During each sprint, the team would then define, build and test key features for deployment including Time Entry, Resource Capacity Estimation, Time & Resource Management and Project Reporting, training the organization with each feature release.

By using an Adaptive approach, the client successfully launched and trained 450 users for Microsoft Project Online in 6 weeks.  Deployment across the rest of the organization followed in subsequent releases.
